Regional Sales Manager (Europe)

We’re now looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the UK to join our growing team. The right candidate should be driven, keen to succeed and curious about how modern approaches to IT support businesses in taking their next digital leap. You will be working with Fortune 1000 clients, helping to solve their problems with building, securing and scaling their enterprise IT.


  • Take ownership of an assigned area of Europe, focusing on new business and expanding software licences. We expect you to be hands on and provide a high standard of service to our clients.
  • Show initiative and generate new opportunities through sales, industry events and our partner network.
  • Sell both software licences and professional services for new business and expansion deals.
  • Align with our partners to win projects.
  • Collaborate with Evolutio’s Solution Architects and Consultants to understand client needs, lead Quarterly Business Reviews and make new contacts in other areas of the business.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Soft skills and business acumen to understand how investment in enterprise technology affects end users (financially, strategically and the human impact).
  • A knowledge of complex deals in enterprise organisations (for example, procurement, IT, finance and business teams) while involving partners and distributors.
  • A willingness to travel 25% of the time.
  • Experience of selling solutions to solve clients’ business problems (as opposed to just selling features and function alone) and achieve ROI.
  • An ability to thrive in a changing environment when you’re given autonomy, while maintaining the mindset of an entrepreneur and problem solver.
  • Commitment to value the integrity of the sales team and improve your part of the business.

Preferred skills and experience

  • Demonstrating technology and discussing IT infrastructure and operations, with a focus on disruptive technologies.
  • Generating new business from scratch.
  • Preparing Statements of Work (SOW) for IT professional services.
  • Knowledge of sales force CRM and the partner portal deal registration process.
  • Experience with MEDDIC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • A track record of sales territory ownership (come prepared to quantify your wins and tell stories about your client impact).
