What energizes you about helping Fortune 1000 customers solve problems with building, securing, and scaling their enterprise IT? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the USA to join our growing team. The right candidate is driven, wants to succeed, and is curious about how modern approaches to IT help businesses take their next digital leap.


  • Own an assigned territory in North America, focused on new business and expansion of software licenses, which is done by getting “sticky” in accounts through rigorous customer success and a service-based mindset
  • Consistently generate deal pipeline by using solution selling, creativity, industry events, modern sales tools, and our partner network
  • Sell both software licenses and professional services, including net-new business and expansion deals
  • Align with our partners to win deals by mapping to other sales reps at our registered OEM counterparts, and help those reps win deals by leveraging Evolutio’s methodology
  • Work with Evolutio Solution Architects and Consultants assigned to your accounts to best understand customer situations, lead Quarterly Business Reviews, and get introductions to other areas of the business

Qualifications and requirements

  • Have the soft skills and business acumen to understand how different departments and end users are impacted by the investment in enterprise technology (financially, strategically, and the human impact)
  • Demonstrate knowledge of complex deals in enterprise organizations across multiple departments including procurement, IT, Finance, Business teams while also involving partners and distributors
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Experience “solution selling” versus selling on features and function alone, due to our customers’ strong desire to solve business problems and get ROI on their technology investments for various use cases that they may or may not be aware of
  • Have an ability to thrive in a scaling and changing environment, to do your best work when given tons of autonomy, and maintain entrepreneurial, problem solver mindset
  • Deeply value of Salesforce integrity as a means to make your patch of business better, not worse

Preferred skills and experience

  • Significant experience showcasing technology, having discussions about IT Infrastructure and Operations, with a focus on disruptive technologies
  • Experience doing pipeline generation on net-new business via cold accounts
  • Experience preparing Statements of Work (SOWs) for IT professional services
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and partner portal deal registration process a plus
  • Experience with MEDDIC or similar enterprise sales methodologies a plus
  • Possess a history of sales territory ownership (come prepared to quantify your wins and tell stories about your customer impact)
