This role involves gathering requirements, grooming data, configuring and tuning alerts, proposing and delivering dashboards based on our standards, and integrating the monitoring platform with other operational tools in the client’s landscape (such as PagerDuty and ServiceNow) to enable automatic alerting for critical performance issues.
Our team of consultants works remotely with clients situated throughout the United States and internationally. Candidates must be comfortable working from home and traveling by plane. While travel may be up to 25% of the time, it often averages less than 10% and is based on client needs. Additionally, candidates should be prepared for occasional travel for training, planning sessions, and internal company events.
As this is a client-facing role, candidates should be energized by speaking to groups and conducting training sessions both remotely and in person.
