Summary

Evolutio is seeking a Chicago-based, operations-minded associate with skills in project management and automation to effectively manage timelines and outcomes for our partner programs by collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve success.

As a Program Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our operational processes and ensuring the seamless operation of our business. This role will focus on supporting channel partner program operations for Evolutio. The individual will help drive our efforts in expanding marketing reach, organizing successful events, and maximizing channel partner program benefits, including tracking and utilizing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and Program Dollars that support Sales Activity and Corporate Objectives, both in the USA and internationally.

Responsibilities

Details for the three responsibility areas include:

‍Capture Rebate Dollars for Marketing Campaigns:

Before the Marketing Campaign: understand quarterly and annual awards from our partners.
During the Marketing Campaigns: understand due dates, requirements, level of effort for each campaign, and organize all justification and “Proof of Performance”.
After the Marketing Campaign: typically due by end-of-quarter or end-of-year, submit required lead lists, presentation decks, receipts, and vendor invoices.
Track event budgets, logistics, and post-event analysis.
Coordinate with vendors and venues for event execution.
Assist with other marketing operations tasks as needed.

Manage Program Financial Day-to-Day Operations:

Work in Cisco, Splunk, AWS, and other program portals to generate accurate and timely reports, maintain submissions, and ensure Evolutio is maximizing its awards.
Manage Salesforce data hygiene and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Provide timely support to the sales team, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth marketing and event execution.

Maintain Operational Excellence:

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing and channel operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.
Maintain and update company documentation, such as marketing guides and channel program SOPs.
Support various administrative tasks related to marketing and channel programs.

Qualifications and requirements

Strategic: this role will report to the Director of Operations, with a dotted-line to VP, Strategic Partnerships and Director, Corporate Strategy.
Location: We will give preference to candidates in Chicago, Illinois where Evolutio Headquarters and an important portion of our client base is located.
Travel: travel only once or twice per year for company events.

Preferred skills and experience

Top three skills: detail oriented, spreadsheet fundamentals, collaborative/ action-oriented
This is an entry-level role, but desire to work in tech and in sales and business ops a plus
Strong written and verbal skills
Basic understanding of email marketing and digital campaigns impacting sales cycles
Desire to learn cloud, automation, application performance monitoring, data science, security, and other enterprise IT practices
Demonstrate business acumen and ability to run meetings professionally
Past event management experience, either professionally or proven personal/ freelance experience
Ability to manage project strategy, timelines in tools like Asana and Google Calendar
Capable of juggling multiple events at the same time, at different stages of their planning cycles
Ability to implement ideas quickly and able to shift focus as needs change
Understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales and marketing automation tools
