Toronto, ON Event | Why OpenTelemetry Matters for Observability, Infrastructure, & User Experience

Overview: Will improving Customer Experience with modern application architectures become an essential part of your role? Cisco and Evolutio + EPI-USE (a Cisco Observability and SAP-focused Group of companies with offices in Mississauga, Ottawa, and Edmonton) invite you to join us on Thursday, November 9th afternoon to discuss OpenTelemetry and Full-Stack Observability's impact on infrastructure monitoring and user experience.

Date and time: On Thursday, November 9th from 2:30-5:00 pm (Eastern), we'll be at Cisco's offices at their Toronto location for this fun and informative event, then from 5:30-7:30 pm we'll head to Stratus Restaurant for a leadership roundtable and dinner.

Daytime Format | Instructor-led Enablement Workshop (Virtual or Onsite):

Join Evolutio's Instructor-led training (sponsored by Cisco) exploring topics related to OpenTelemetry (OTEL) and why it matters for Observability and User Experience.

In this workshop, participants will learn about the OpenTelemetry data standard, why the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) builds projects like Kubernetes and now OTEL, and how it can be leveraged to bridge the gap amongst observability practices within organizations.

We'll uncover real use cases improving Observability maturity, integrations with Cisco FSO, and case studies of successful implementations of observability for multi-cloud environments. Our Observability experts will share Evolutio's Full-Stack Observability (FSO) Platform Solution and success stories across various industries.

Abe Albee
Director, Sales

Before joining Evolutio, Abe spent over ten years working in many areas of the banking and finance industry. While in different levels of leadership at both large corporate settings and small financials, much of his time was spent focused around making improvements to client experience and finding solutions to operational inefficiencies.

During the later stage of his career, while overseeing multiple departments of the bank, Abe’s focus shifted to understanding the correlation between finding better ways of doing things, cultural change management, and how the two play a role in end-user experience. That dedication to continuous improvement is what eventually attracted Abe to the world of technical innovation at Evolutio.

In his present role, Abe enjoys the opportunity to help organizations rethink how they solve problems. Through the use of specific methodology and best practices, Abe helps companies be more equipped to solve the problems of their future. Abe’s passions outside of Evolutio revolve around maximizing his time with family and friends and watching his four children learn and grow.
