Webinar | Agentic AI in Observability for Event Management

Overview

In observability, turning insight into action remains a challenge. In this webinar, Laura Vetter, Co-Founder and CTO of Evolutio, and Forrest Smietanski, Solutions Architect, showcase how Agentic AI closes the gap between detection and resolution.

On Thursday, January 22nd, in the afternoon, join Evolutio and Splunk for an Agentic AI in Observability demo of autonomous troubleshooting of an IT event. Using a real-world scenario, the demo shows how AI agents leverage the Splunk Cloud MCP Server and the Splunk Observability Cloud Troubleshooting MCP Server to detect a business-impacting degradation, correlate logs, metrics, and traces, identify the root cause, and automatically remediate the issue. The AI agent identifies a memory issue in a critical estimation service and executes a targeted server restart without human intervention. Attendees will discuss how agentic workflows reduce MTTR, eliminate manual triage, and enable a practical path to self-healing operations.
