Overview

This webinar will showcase thought leadership, architecture considerations, and a demo of how Agentic AI in Observability can reduce the need for manual triage and accelerate MTTR.

The demo: it will show how Evolutio's Agentic AI in Observability capability addresses an IT infrastructure event that causes slowness. It correlates logs, metrics, and traces, identifies the root cause, and automatically remediates the issue.

The capability: powered by open-source & Splunk, Evolutio's Agentic AI capability leverages autonomous troubleshooting AI agents that tap into Splunk MCP servers and the O11y Cloud Troubleshooting Agent to detect a business-impacting degradation.

The result: the AI agent identifies a memory issue in a critical service and executes a targeted server restart without human intervention. This example will illuminate the bigger takeaway: how agentic workflows reduce MTTR and support an organization's path to autonomous troubleshooting and self-healing IT operations.

Ben is a Consultant in the AI practice at Evolutio, with expertise in Snowflake, DataRobot, SQL, Python, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other data science platforms. These platforms enable Ben to support his clients and to help solve business problems with their data through artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and data visualization. Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude from High Point University with a BS in Mathematical Economics and a Minor in Finance. Prior to Evolutio, Ben worked in the Data Analytics field with a variety of clients across many different industries. He hails from Chicago, Illinois and is currently living in Nashville, Tennessee.

Forrest joined Evolutio in 2022 as a Consultant in the Observability practice area, bringing a decade of experience in software engineering, cloud architectures, and solving large scale enterprise issues. Wearing multiple hats during a long career at Liberty Mutual; Forrest brings financial and insurance industry experience to Evolutio customers. Forrest loves working with customers on solving complex problems, and is excited to collaborate with the other Evolutio practice areas, particularly in DevOps/ Automation and data science by applying ML and AI models to customer problems.

Aaron Abodeely

Director of Corporate Strategy

Aaron has marketed Information Technology for fifteen years. He's held roles in partner marketing, community management, and field marketing. His experience managing large technical community-building initiatives and product roll-outs makes him savvy at bridging the divide between technology, advisory, service delivery, and marketing.

Prior to joining Evolutio in 2021, in 2018 he founded a self-employed consultancy and podcast, focused on the IT Channel by delivering Sales and Marketing services to OEMs, distributors, and IT solution providers. Aaron is also the Outcome Studio Podcast host, growing his audience to thousands of downloads and hundreds of thousands of video views on LinkedIn.

Aaron is applying the skills of developing a brand for a services company to Evolutio's practice areas. He works side-by-side with practice area leaders in Observability, Automation, Data Science, and Security to tell stories about how Evolutio is helping organizations build, scale, and secure enterprise applications.
